Cash and check and all major credit cards are also accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Since we reserve a significant time for you that does not allow other patients to make use of that time, we would like to ask you to make every possible effort to keep your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice so that we can reschedule the appointment time. If a neuropsychological evaluation appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for a portion of the entire time, to be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. If a therapy appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full session fee, to be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.
